Booking and Deposit Policy

• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your service.
• Confirmation: Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines

1. Cancellations:

   • Appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.
   • If you cancel within the 12-hour window, the $25 deposit will be forfeited.

2. Rescheduling:

   • You may reschedule your appointment once without losing your deposit, provided you notify us at least 12 hours before your appointment.
   • Rescheduling within 12 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

No-Show Policy

• Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in the loss of your $25 deposit.
• 3 Repeated no-shows will require full prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• If time permits, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but the full service may not be guaranteed.

Refunds

• The $25 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Services received are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please inform us immediately while present at your service so we can address your concerns.

Emergency Considerations

• We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within the 12-hour window due to an unforeseen situation, please contact us directly. Exceptions may be made at management's discretion.
